Savannah Meyers and Kailey Owen, 8th-grade students at PCMS, under the guidance of choir teacher Mary Vernon were recently accepted into the Mississippi All-State Junior High Honor Choir. They had to prepare four different musical selections, including foreign language pieces and went through a rigorous audition process. Over 500 junior high singers auditioned across the state and less than 275 were selected to participate. We are so proud of our young lady pirate singers!
