The Pass Christian Middle School 7th grade football team under the leadership of coaches David Barber, Kevin Woods, and Marcellus Henderson achieved the status of conference champions last Thursday, October 18th. The Pirates defeated East Central 20-6. The team won their jamboree game at the beginning of the season, eight regular season games, and the championship for a perfect, undefeated season. With a final record of 10-0 throughout the season, the team outscored their opponents 312-40. A few of the outstanding attributes of this team included the following: intense work ethic, leadership, and extremely coachable players. The coaching staff expressed that they really enjoyed working with these young men and are looking forward to next season.
