Students at Pass Christian Middle School had several opportunities to give back to those in need this month. The BETA club hosted its annual food drive supporting two different causes: a local food pantry and the residents of Florida who were affected by Hurricane Michael. Over 600 items were collected with this event! Members of the student council also held its annual Turkey Teacher Fundraiser. Throughout the week, students collected money for the Christian Concern Ministries Food Pantry which serves the needy families of Pass Christian. As students donated money, they would choose a teacher that they wanted to see wear a turkey costume! The teacher with the most money donated in their name had to dress up like a turkey at the end of the week. This year, STEM teacher, Brandon Warden, received the honor!
