Mr. Brandon Warden, 8th grade STEM teacher at Pass Christian Middle School, has won the Envision STEM grant. This grant, in the amount of $1,000, will be used to fund an innovative teaching project which will allow students to become lighting designers as well as engineers. Students will program robotic lighting instruments while creating and designing an original light show. Through this project, Mr. Warden hopes to be able to instruct his students using exciting and cutting-edge techniques that keep them engaged in the learning process thus enabling them to achieve as lifelong learners, future problem solvers, and leaders of tomorrow.
