The district's change of dental & vision benefits will become effective on January 1, 2024; the new rates will go into effect on the December payroll. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST COMPLETE AN ENROLLMENT FORM; Employees who wish to decline coverage should check the appropriate box(es). Employees may enroll in either vision or dental insurance, or both. Representatives from Equitable are expected to be at each school to answer any questions and to assist/collect enrollment forms.
